A Teen Center Holiday Bus Tour Registration Form (PDF) can be downloaded, filled out and turned into either the Parks and Recreation Department (1400 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266) or at the Teen Center (1600 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Manhattan Beach, 90266).
