The City Council has approved free park and ride MB Shuttle service for the Skechers Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks show on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There will be 8 shuttles running continuously throughout the posted times. 

Free parking and pick-up location for the MB Shuttle will be at the Northrop Grumman Space Park parking lot located off the Aviation Boulevard and Space Park Drive (Google Map).

Drop-off/pick-up location in downtown Manhattan Beach will be near Vons on Valley Drive (Google Map).

Pro Tip: Save the hassle of fighting traffic and searching for your rideshare driver in downtown MB. Have your rideshare driver drop you off and pick you up in the Northrop Grumman Space Park parking lot (Google Map) and take the MB Shuttle to and from the Skechers Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks event.

Civic Center Lower Lot

Beginning August 30, this lot will open earlier to the public on Fridays starting at 1:00 PM. The Civic Center Lower Lot has 96 meters with a rate of $2.00 per hour and a 2-hour limit (except by permit). The entrance for the Civic Center Lower Lot is on 13th Street or down the ramp in the Upper Lot. (Google Map)

Civic Center Upper Lot

Shade Hotel Valet Service

For restaurant patrons, valet parking is available at a rate of $10 for up to 3 hours, with an increased fee of $45 for extended stays. Please be aware that parking rates may fluctuate during large downtown events due to limited availability. Limited valet parking available for non-hotel guests.
