Join the City of Manhattan Beach and the South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) to learn how to make energy efficiency a part of the normal routine in your home. This FREE class will help you identify which efficiency projects are the most cost effective, as well as identify rebates and incentives that are available from local utilities and the federal government.
