Northbound Sepulveda Boulevard (California State Highway 1), the number 3 lane will be closed from Artesia Boulevard to Keats Street due to a major pothole. Caltrans estimates that the pothole will be repaired and the lane re-opened by the end of day Friday, December 24th.
