The City of Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department Teen Center Big Bear Snowboarding Trips are open to all middle school and high school students living in Manhattan Beach, attending Manhattan Beach schools or to students whose parents work in the City of Manhattan Beach. All the trips this year will be going to Bear Mountain. There are extensive terrain parks and many areas for beginners. Transportation will be provided by Adventures America charter bus service. Amenities on the bus include T.V.s, bathroom and reclining seats. Skiers are also welcome to join. Lessons are available at Bear Mountain Ski School for an additional fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Basket check and snowboard check are available at the mountain. If you plan on renting your equipment on your own, please plan on renting locally to maximize time on the mountain.  

Join the Teen Center for 3 days and 2 nights at Bear Mountain! The overnight package includes: roundtrip bus transportation, two day lift ticket to Bear Mountain, two nights accommodations at Pine Summit Lodge, four meals, 24 hour supervision.

Bus will depart from Manhattan Heights at 6:00 AM on Wednesday and will depart from Bear Mountain at 2:00 PM on Friday.
