Join the City of Manhattan Beach and the South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) to learn about the new Energy Upgrade California program. The program will help homeowners make upgrades to reduce energy use, conserve resources, and create more comfortable and efficient homes.
LA County's goal for the Energy Upgrade California program is to improve the energy efficiency of 30,000 houses by the end of 2012. Plan to attend this workshop on Thursday, April 28th to find out how you may be eligible for up to $4,500 in rebates and incentives.
