Recognized as a valued part of the South Bay art community, the Manhattan Beach Creative Arts Center is officially invited to FLAG STOP, region-wide contemporary art event September 2 to 4, 2011 at South Bay Lexus, 24777 Crenshaw Boulevard, Torrance, CA 90505. It is an alternative art event that gives contemporary artists and curators an opportunity to exhibit work in a unique, upscale setting. In this event, the Creative Arts Center presents an exhibit featuring works by Manhattan Beach artist Mary Tarango, Cultural Arts instructor Mary Mallman, and our long-time ceramic student Rob Simicik.
