Natural Landscapes: Join Tony Baker Saturday, October 29th at 10:00 AM
Tony will lead this beginners class, which includes a walk through the beautiful Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden, where you will see first-hand how native plants thrive in our region, and learn which natives are right for your specific situation. You will also find out the best times to plant, and how to care for and maintain a native landscape. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers about how best to get started with native plants.
Prior registration is required for most events. Reserve your spot so we’ll know you are coming (in case of cancellation) and to ensure we’ll have enough handouts. In case of rain, class will be cancelled.
Please RSVP to Julie Gonella at (310) 546-1354, and leave your name and phone number, class you will be attending, and number of people attending the class. Please refer to the Botanical Garden Fall Class Schedule (PDF) for a listing of more free classes offered this year, or visit the Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden website.
