The Manhattan Beach Police Department is seeking community involvement in the development of a new Strategic Plan for 2013-2015. The Strategic Plan will serve as a road map for the next three years to guide the Police Department in our delivery of service to the community of Manhattan Beach. Citizen involvement is essential to the process, as it ensures the Strategic Plan and police services are responsive to our community’s needs.
The Police Department will host two workshops where it will update community members on the progress of our current Strategic Plan (expires December 31, 2012) and gather input regarding the new one. The following public workshops are offered (please select one):
- Tuesday, August 14, 2012, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, or
- Wednesday, August 22, 2012, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The workshops will take place in the Community Room of the Police Station located at 420 15th Street.
If you would like to attend a meeting call Officer Stephanie Martin at (310) 802-5186. Please state your name, phone number and which workshop you will be attending.
