Continuing a tradition begun by former mayors Nicholas Tell and Wayne Powell, Manhattan Beach Mayor David Lesser will meet, walk and talk with residents on the first Monday of the month at 8:00 AM. Interested residents are invited to meet in front of the Downtown Manhattan Beach location of Peet's Coffee and Tea at 328 Manhattan Beach Boulevard.

The "Mayor's Walk 'N' Talk" provides an opportunity for residents to walk along The Strand and engage in an informal discussion of City issues with the Mayor and other local residents. Walks will range from 60 to 90 minutes and will be rescheduled on federal holidays and in the event of rain.
