This is an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to discuss items as listed on the Agenda.

During the week of January 12, 2015 to January 16, 2015, the City, in collaboration with Urban Land Institute (ULI), will hold a five-day Advisory Panel comprised of various land use experts to engage community stakeholders and evaluate the Downtown area. The purpose of this engagement process is to ensure the Downtown area maintains and enhances its unique, quaint character and encourages business success.

The Urban Land Institute's Advisory Panel will be giving their final presentation on the Downtown area to the community based on the information collected and analyzed during their five-day study.  After the presentation there will be one hour for a question and answer session. This event will end no later than 11:30 AM.
