South Bay Country Band
Started by local Mike Grady, the South Bay Country Band aims to bring live country music to the South Bay communities. They play a mix of old and new country, including songs by artists such as Johnny Cash, Miranda Lambert, and Janis Joplin, showcasing the evolution of this musical genre. South Bay Country Band’s skilled and talented musicians play with enthusiasm and conviction, performing at festivals, corporate events, and other special events.

Manhattan Beach Concerts in the Park 2016
The Manhattan Beach Concerts in the Park series is an annual, summer-long event held each year at Polliwog Park, it will run from the first weekend in July through the first weekend in September. These performances are free to the public. If blanket/chairs are left unattended, staff will remove them. There are no dogs, barbecues, or wheeled vehicles at any time in the concert area. Your cooperation to keep our parks clean is appreciated. Umbrellas and pop-up tents are allowed before and after the concert. Once the concert begins, you will be required to take them down. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Handicap parking is available in the Historical Society parking area from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A sign will be posted on the driveway gate when this area is filled. Overflow handicap parking is available in the Begg Pool parking area located at the bottom of the ramp leading to Begg Pool, 1402 North Peck Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.

Concerts run on Sundays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, starting the second weekend in July through Labor Day weekend. *Concert bands subject to change
