     to the City of Manhattan Beach, will lead a discussion explaining the 2 construction projects taking
     place in the North MB BID.

6.  North MB BID Enhancement Projects - Ross Anderson, Engineering consultant to the City of
     Manhattan Beach, will present new projects planned for Highland Avenue in the North MB BID,
     featuring pedestrian beacons and median fencing.

7.  North MB BID Brand Advertising - Discuss themes, slogans, opportunities and frequency of
     strategic banner placement throughout the city.
