The project will consist of: asphalt removal and replacement, asphalt street resurfacing, removal and reconstruction of wheel chair curb access ramps and cross gutters.  Additionally, there will be sidewalk replacement, which will be confined to areas where the adjacent property owners have agreed to pay the City for the work to be done. There may also be minor inconveniences such as traffic delays, construction noise, dust, access restriction, etc. even though every effort will be made by Sequel Contractors, Inc. to minimize these inconveniences. During construction, parking will be restricted as called for on the “NO PARKING” signs to be posted along the street.  Normal working hours will be between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Resident access will be made at all times during the construction phases except for a short duration when the improvements are taking place directly in front of your property.  Notices will be provided prior to this access restriction to your property.
