Construction work will include the removal and replacement of damaged concrete, curb and access ramps along Morningside Drive from Manhattan Beach Boulevard to Tenth Place and a segment of Tenth Place (east of Morningside Drive).   

Access along portions of the street and sidewalk may be limited for worksite safety during construction.  Though some temporary impacts are inevitable, our goal is to improve the City without creating any more disturbance than necessary.
