The Finance Subcommittee is appointed by City Council for the purpose of overseeing the implementation of the City's investment program and assuring it is consistent with the City's investment policy as approved by the City Council. The subcommittee also acts in an advisory capacity in matters pertaining to short and long range financial planning and funding, rate and fee increases and other complex financial matters. The subcommittee reviews the City's financial documents and statements, as well as certain proposals and agreements. The subcommittee consists of the City Treasurer Tim Lilligren as Chairperson and two members of the City Council which are Nancy Hersman and Steve Napolitano.
