This event has been cancelled in response to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In addition, the City of Manhattan Beach has closed the Joslyn Community Center and cancelled all Older Adult Programming until the end of April 2020. This action is taken out of an abundance of caution, and to protect the health and safety of the public, and older adults in particular that are vulnerable to COVID-19. In addition, following Governor Gavin Newsom’s recommendations to slow the spread of COVID-19, the City has postponed or cancelled special events with large public gatherings until the end of April 2020. For more information, please read the entire City Facility and Event Programming Changes Press Release (PDF) and for accurate and up to date information, please visit DPH’s website and the City’s website.

Lunch will be served at 12:00 PM. Bingo and door prizes are from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

Parking is available on Valley Drive and at the post office parking lot along the corner of Valley Drive and 15th Street. Guests may also park at American Martyrs Church parking lot off of Laurel Avenue (624 15th Street, Manhattan Beach) and take the Dial-A-Ride shuttle to and from the health fair.

Please bring used eyeglasses and sunglasses to the Joslyn Community Center lobby desk. They will be repaired and recycled and given to someone who needs them.
