Agility, Balance, and Coordination

Agility is the ability to change the direction of the body in an efficient and effective manner, requiring a combination of balance and coordination. This class will be using common dumbbell weights, balance balls, ladders and cones to perform fun coordination exercises that utilize eye-hand coordination working towards greater stationary and moving body balance.
