Lower Peck Avenue Parking Lot at Corner of Peck Avenue and Artesia Boulevard

Approach southbound on Peck Avenue and turn right into the parking lot before Artesia Boulevard. Traffic flow will be one way.

Please have available:

1. Insurance card (if insured)
2. Valid government ID / school ID
3. Cell phone

Pre-registration is REQUIRED before entering testing location
Use the QR Code below to pre-register. If un-registered you will be removed from the testing line.

IMPORTANT: This is not the same testing firm that does MBUSD’s weekly on-campus testing. You must register using the QR Code or this link: https://lablinqportal.com/PatientSignup.aspx?LabId=437

Results will be available on Monday (to be sent directly to the individual; will not be shared with MBUSD)
