There will be modified residential refuse collection services for Memorial Day week (May 27- June 1), and residential street sweeping will not occur on Monday, May 27, 2024, due to the Memorial Day holiday.

Refuse (Waste Management)
Waste Management observes the Memorial Day holiday; therefore, a modified residential refuse schedule will be in place for collection days Monday, May 27 - Friday, May 31, 2024.  Residential collection will be delayed by one day.  Therefore, Monday's residential route will be collected on Tuesday, Tuesday's route collected on Wednesday, Wednesday's route collected on Thursday, Thursday's route collected on Friday, and Friday's route collected on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Street Sweeping (SCA of CA)
SCA of CA observes the Memorial Day holiday; therefore, a modified street sweeping schedule will be in place for Monday, May 27, 2024 only.  Street sweeping will not take place on Monday, May 27, 2024, and will not be made up.  All other sweeping days that week will operate on a normal schedule and route. For more information regarding the Street Sweeping services, please contact SCA of CA at (562) 861-4606.

The Police Department will not cite vehicles for street sweeping purposes on Monday, May 27, 2023.
