My Water Advisor
A NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL TO TRACK YOUR WATER CONSUMPTION
With the recent completion of the AMI meter project, a new customer portal, My Water Advisor, is now available to all utility customers. The My Water Advisor portal will enable customers to view their daily water consumption, set up leak alerts, and more. In addition to the YouTube video below, the City created an informational flyer for My Water Advisor that will assist customers with creating an account.
Note: The My Water Advisor portal quantifies water consumption based on Cubic Feet (CF). One CF is equal to 7.48052 gallons. To convert CF to gallons, multiply the number of CF by 7.48052.
The City's Utility Bills quantify water consumption in Hundred Cubic Feet (HCF). One HCF is equal to 748.052 gallons. To convert HCF to gallons, multiply the number of HCF by 748.052.
1 HCF = 100 Cubic Feet = 748.052 Gallons
