The proposed project involves the construction of a new 12-inch pipeline parallel to the existing 8-inch pipeline along Rosecrans Avenue from Laurel Ave to Highland Avenue and along Highland Avenue to 38th Street. The purpose of the project is to improve the water quality and age issues in the area by increasing the frequency of water circulation and minimizing water quality problems.
The construction of the new 12-inch pipeline will provide significant benefits to the residents of the area. It will increase the distribution capacity and improve the reliability and resilience of the water distribution system. The new pipeline will ensure that the water needs of the area are met by improving the water quality and minimizing the age of water in the system.
Overall, the construction of the new 12-inch pipeline is an essential project that will provide significant benefits to the residents of the area. It will improve the water quality, increase the distribution capacity, and enhance the reliability and resilience of the water distribution system. Therefore, the project should be a priority for CA-36 to ensure that the water needs of the area are met.
