State of California Commercial Recycling Requirements: AB 341

AB 341: Mandatory Commercial Recycling requires that all businesses in California participate in a recycling program. 

How to Comply with AB 341:

  1. Acquire commercial recycling cart(s) or bin(s) from the City's hauler Waste Management at (310) 830-7100.
  2. Place dry, clean recyclable material in the container weekly.
     

NOTE: Commercial businesses are responsible for establishing their own collection schedule with the City's hauler; service may be performed 1 - 7 days per week depending on the businesses' recycling volume.
