Modified Refuse and Street Sweeping Holiday Schedule

Independence Day is a holiday observed by Waste Management and Athens Services, and therefore a modified refuse and street sweeping service schedule will be implemented.
Refuse
All residential collection for Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th will be delayed one day. Therefore, those who have scheduled refuse service on Thursday will have their trash, recycling, and green waste picked up on Friday, July 5, 2013; and those who have scheduled refuse service on Friday will have their trash, recycling, and green waste picked up on Saturday, July 6, 2013 instead.

Street Sweeping
Residential street sweeping will not occur on Thursday, July 4th and will not be made up. All other route days will operate as usual.
