Both Waste Management and Athens Services will be observing the Christmas Day holiday; therefore, a modified service schedule will be in place.

Refuse (Waste Management)
Waste Management will be observing the Christmas Day holiday; therefore, a modified refuse schedule will be in place for collection days December 24-28, 2018.  Collection will be delayed by one day.  Therefore, Tuesday's route will be collected on Wednesday, Wednesday's route will be collected on Thursday, Thursday's route will be collected on Friday and Friday's route will be collected on Saturday.

Street Sweeping (Athens Services)
Athens will be observing Christmas Day on Tuesday, December 25, 2018; therefore, no street sweeping will occur that day and the route will not be made up.  If you have questions regarding your street sweeping service please contact Athens Services at (888) 336-6100.  Check out all the holidays observed by Athens Services which will affect service days.

The Police Department will not ticket for street sweeping on the following days: Tuesday, December 24, 25, 26, 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019.
