Construction Phasing
The undergrounding projects for Underground Utility Assessment District No. 19-4 (“UUAD No. 19-4” or “District 4”) will be completed in four phases, with the entire process taking up to 2.5 years to complete when considering right-of-way construction, underground cabling of the new system, residential overhead to underground conversions, and removal of poles and wires. The timeliness of each phase will depend on factors such as the scale and extent of the rainy season, timeliness of residential conversions, unforeseen conditions during construction, etc. These four phases include:
