    Peck Avenue south of Manhattan Beach Boulevard will be closed Thursday until mid-Friday. The street closure is due to the construction of the cross gutter located along the south side of Manhattan Beach Boulevard crossing Peck Avenue.

    City Manager Bruce Moe announced that he has named Talyn Mirzakhanian the new Community Development Director for the City of Manhattan Beach. She has been serving as Acting Community Development Director since January 2023, and joined the City as the Planning Manager in November 2020.
